The scope of our offer also includes reliable mediation in the situation when the State has to register such substances as biocidal products, medical devices or cosmetics. Importantly, obtaining the relevant authorisation to market a given product as a biocidal product is conditional on meeting all criteria under Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products.
According to the definition, products of this type are substances or mixtures in forms delivered to the user, consisting of or containing or generating one or more active substances, the purpose of which is to destroy, deter, render harmless, prevent and control by means other than purely physical or mechanical action.
We also register biocidal products in a national procedure in Germany, France and other European countries.
Obtaining marketing authorisations for such substances is not as simple as it might seem. Fulfilment of specific criteria covering biocidal products allows further steps to be taken in order to obtain the relevant marketing authorisation for these products.
